UX/UI Designer

Location: Remote (LATAM)

About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and enhancing the overall user experience. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to create visually appealing and highly functional digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

• Conduct user research, gather feedback, and create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows.

• Ensure a seamless user experience through usability testing and iteration.

• Collaborate with developers to implement responsive and visually engaging designs.

• Maintain and refine design systems and UI components for consistency.

• Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in UX/UI.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.

• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.

• Strong understanding of UX principles, user research, and usability testing.

• Knowledge of responsive design and front-end frameworks.

• Experience working in cross-functional teams with developers and product managers.

• Attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with design systems and component libraries.

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic front-end development concepts.

• Prior experience designing for SaaS or AI-powered applications.
