Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (PST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong accounting and data analysis background to oversee financial operations, reporting, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, data-driven, and results-oriented, with a deep understanding of KPI tracking, OKRs, and financial performance metrics. A strong background in data processing, financial modeling, and ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, or Oracle) is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting records and timely reporting.
  • Close the books and perform reconciliations, ensuring financial integrity and compliance.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies through reconciliations, ensuring financial accuracy.
  • Prepare and present financial statements and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning with data-backed decision-making.
  • Analyze large financial datasets, providing insights that drive business performance.
  • Develop, track, and optimize KPIs, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Implement and oversee OKRs, ensuring financial objectives contribute to company growth.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to align financial and operational goals.
  • Enhance data processing and automation, improving efficiency in financial reporting.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or data-driven financial analysis.
  • Expertise in data analysis, data processing, and financial modeling.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (NetSuite, Sage, Oracle).
  • Strong experience in KPI tracking, OKR implementation, and performance-driven financial strategy.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including data automation, visualization, and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive and results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present financial insights clearly and effectively.


Required and Preferred Credentials:

  • CPA or equivalent certification.
  • Experience with financial audits and compliance.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and integrations.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
