What we are looking for
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager/Product Owner.
Strong background in utilizing metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to drive decision-making and measure product success.
Strong knowledge of the process involved in building SaaS products.
Familiarity with Agile Software development methodologies and practices.
Product Support Knowledge – understand the importance and process of evaluating and prioritizing product support issues to a development team.
Project/Outsource Management Knowledge – understand the process of successful project management to meet deliverables on time and on budget.
Product Management Knowledge – understand the product management processes, including requirements gathering and user story writing.
Experience in the overall architecture of software applications for products and solutions.
Experience with contemporary SDLC tools similar to our adopted choices of Jira, GitHub, Travis CI, Zendesk, etc.
Excellent Communicator – Able to facilitate meetings and present findings clearly, articulating with stakeholders to obtain buy-in. Collaborates with the internal team and with the business.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Product / User Interface Design Skills – working knowledge of best practices from human factors and usability perspective a plus.
Zeal to pursue perfection from yourself, your customer(s), your team, and your product.
Energetic with a good, positive attitude. Quick learner and excellent team player.
