We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Automation Developer to join our team. This role is focused on healthcare revenue cycle management, and while prior experience in automation development is not required, a solid understanding of revenue cycle processes, finance, and mathematics is essential.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for automation within the revenue cycle management process.
Assist in the design, development, and implementation of automation solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Monitor and maintain existing automation workflows, ensuring they operate smoothly and effectively.
Provide support and troubleshooting for automation-related issues.
Document automation processes and create user guides for team members.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration preferred or the equivalent work experience required.
Experience in healthcare revenue cycle management is required.
Basic understanding of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

WORK EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Familiarity with automation tools and platforms (e.g., UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere) is a plus.
Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
