This role will be responsible for providing solutions to customer issues in creative and effective ways, leading new integration efforts. By understanding the interrelationships of different disciplines, to provide advanced support to Sales teams throughout the sales cycle.

With the ability to understand and work on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors, the ability to determine issue-solving methods and procedures that lead to solutions that address customer’s requirements.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to Business Development to promote products and contribute to market share expansion efforts.
  • Provide technical assistance and advice to potential partners and customers ensuring our products, solutions, and implementations fit prospects’ requirements.
  • Develop and deliver technical training sessions for Resellers’ Sales and Support teams for ongoing sales growth.
  • Support pre-sales-related activities through deployment and support of standard and custom demos.
  • Ability to support integration with different third-party solutions on both: new and existing installations.
  • Lead Expert Integration effort, including, but not limited to, Vocality-related equipment configuration and settings, along with Land Mobile Radio (LMR) equipment, and underlying IP backhaul.
  • Assist customers and resellers in troubleshooting issues as they arise while operating in inter-company environments that use different terminologies. Analysis of logs, configurations, packet traces, and other resolution efforts that bring issues to resolution.
  • Maintain the ticketing system with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Facilitate RMA processing for customers and/or resellers.
  • Document customer issues to assist R&D in the resolution of bugs.
  • Provide technical feedback gathered from customers and/or resellers to PLM to support new features and product development.
  • 9/80 work schedule, travel up to 20%.
Skills and Expertise
  • Networking includes but is not limited to, Layer 3 and 4 protocols, SIP, VoIP, RTP, VLAN, TLS, IPsec, GRE, and routing.
  • Transport includes, but is not limited to, LTE, satellite, terrestrial communications, and related protocols such as 3gpp-MCPTT and PTToC.
  • Analog audio.
Desirable Skills and Expertise
  • Configuration, troubleshooting, and management of Land Mobile Radio device interfaces.
  • Ability to analyze packet captures and provide documented analysis to aid issue resolution.
  • Technical writing skills to generate technical application notes, user manuals, procedures, and other product documentation.
  • Ability to deliver technical training to customers and/or resellers.
  • Familiar with Network Operations and Good Practices to provide better support to corporate customers.
Qualifications

Essential:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in: Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience or military service/training).
  • Two years of relevant experience.
  • Must be a US citizen, eligible for DoD security clearance.
  • Confirmed experience in telecommunication systems with a focus on Networking, Land Mobile Radios, and Cellular.

Desirable:

  • Specialization in telecommunication systems such as, but not limited to, Networking, Land Mobile Radios, and Cellular-based systems
