As a Marketing Specialist at GCE, you will play a crucial role in driving lead generation and managing digital marketing campaigns. You'll work closely with our media team to develop and execute strategies across various platforms. What you will do:

Develop and manage small to medium-scale Paid Search, Paid Social, and Display advertising campaigns to drive lead generation
Create comprehensive project plans for campaign launches, including planning, management, and execution
Analyze client needs and translate them into effective marketing strategies
Manage and optimize relationships with third-party media and affiliate marketing vendors
Develop and execute affiliate marketing plans, including budget allocation and performance monitoring
Collaborate with compliance services to ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand guidelines and legal requirements
Participate in regular video conferences with internal teams and external stakeholders (minimum 3 per week)

What you will have:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in digital marketing and lead generation campaigns
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
Certificate in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platforms
Knowledge of Excel
