Job description

Salary: P55,000 - P85,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Must have at least 2-3 years Paraplanning or Financial Adviser compliance is experience.
Proven experience working with financial advisers.
Proficiency with all modules of XPLAN software.
Extensive and current knowledge of Australian Financial Services licensees and their advisers.
Experience with all aspects of Microsoft Office, as well as other relevant software applications.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer literacy and time management skills.
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing conditions.
Capable of presenting to both small and large groups.
Relevant tertiary qualifications are preferred, along with knowledge of the Australian Financial Services industry.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, exhibit motivation, and engage effectively with a range of individuals.

What will you do?

Fact find data entry and collation of client data.
Research and documentation of wealth solutions including Super, Investment, Insurance, Portfolios and complex cashflow modelling scenarios.
Developing and constructing high-quality, compliant financial advice documents and relevant collateral for Authorised Representatives.
Ability to complete insurance needs analysis and Preassessments with Insurers and preparation of insurance quotes.
Ensuring all created documents are accurate, technically sound, and personalized according to legislative requirements and guidelines.
Overseeing advice document requests and collaborating with Authorised Representatives to maintain appropriateness and quality.
Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with Authorised Representatives, representing the company with professionalism.
Supporting the development and enhancement of processes and procedures for Paraplanning functions.
Staying updated on industry rules, legislation, and obligations related to financial planning.
Sourcing and evaluating technical resources and information relevant to financial advice.
Attending industry technical update sessions to remain current on best practices.
Participating in ad hoc projects that enhance team services and support company objectives.
