Job description

Salary: P55,000 - P85,000 (Monthly Package)

Schedule: Monday – Friday (09:00 AM - 06:00 PM AEST)

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required:

  • Must have at least 2-3 years Paraplanning or Financial Adviser compliance is experience.
  • Proven experience working with financial advisers.
  • Proficiency with all modules of XPLAN software.
  • Extensive and current knowledge of Australian Financial Services licensees and their advisers.
  • Experience with all aspects of Microsoft Office, as well as other relevant software applications.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong computer literacy and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Capable of presenting to both small and large groups.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications are preferred, along with knowledge of the Australian Financial Services industry.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality, exhibit motivation, and engage effectively with a range of individuals.

What will you do? 

  • Fact find data entry and collation of client data.
  • Research and documentation of wealth solutions including Super, Investment, Insurance, Portfolios and complex cashflow modelling scenarios.
  • Developing and constructing high-quality, compliant financial advice documents and relevant collateral for Authorised Representatives.
  • Ability to complete insurance needs analysis and Preassessments with Insurers and preparation of insurance quotes.
  • Ensuring all created documents are accurate, technically sound, and personalized according to legislative requirements and guidelines.
  • Overseeing advice document requests and collaborating with Authorised Representatives to maintain appropriateness and quality.
  • Building and maintaining strong professional relationships with Authorised Representatives, representing the company with professionalism.
  • Supporting the development and enhancement of processes and procedures for Paraplanning functions.
  • Staying updated on industry rules, legislation, and obligations related to financial planning.
  • Sourcing and evaluating technical resources and information relevant to financial advice.
  • Attending industry technical update sessions to remain current on best practices.
  • Participating in ad hoc projects that enhance team services and support company objectives.
