Internship Overview
We are looking for interns to join us for our 2025Summer Internship Program! This 12-week program is set to begin June 2nd, so if you are looking for an incredible opportunity to partner with the best and brightest minds in the industry, apply today. Recognizing the international nature of the program, we prioritize fostering global connection and networking opportunities among all the interns who participate. In the past, we have hosted remote events such as tie-dye shirt event, tiny camp fire—complete with smores(!!!), a murder mystery party, and so much more
Time with Executives— Interns all get a chance to connect with our executive team through panel discussions, 1:1s, Q&A meetings, and events
-Workshops & Leader Connects — Interns all participate in Leader Connects where they get to learn more about Leaders in HCLSoftware, as well as workshops geared towards new professionals
Opportunity to travel – we will be hosting a hybrid orientation! For those that are interested in being in person for orientation, we will fly you to your closest resident office.

Position Overview
This internship project aims to add AgentForce, an AI-powered chatbot, to the Customer Community. The chatbot will allow customers to ask questions and get answers in a natural, conversational way. It will provide accurate information based on data stored in Salesforce. The goal is to show how AI can improve customer support with easy and helpful conversations.

Capstone Overview
The goal of this internship project is to implement AgentForce, an AI-powered chatbot, in the Customer Community. The chatbot will allow customers to interact with an AI agent using natural human language, understanding their questions or requests. It will provide accurate responses based on content stored in Salesforce. This project will showcase AI's potential by enhancing customer support through intuitive, human-like conversations.

Responsibilities:
  • Integrate the AgentForce AI-powered chatbot into the Customer Community to improve customer support
  • Train the chatbot to understand and respond accurately to customer inquiries using natural language
  • Ensure the chatbot retrieves relevant information from Salesforce to provide correct answers
  • Lead the development and implementation of the capstone project, demonstrating the potential of AI in enhancing customer interactions
  • Monitor and optimize chatbot performance based on customer feedback and usage data

  • Nice to haves:
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
  • Knowledge of AI technologies, natural language processing, and chatbot development
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with AI models and data integration
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar

  • Must be actively enrolled in a college degree program
