This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • 38 hours per week
  • Monday: 9AM to 5:30PM
  • Tuesday to Friday: 9AM to 5PM
  • With daily 30 minutes unpaid break

Job Description

We’re looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to spearhead our digital marketing efforts and take our online presence to the next level. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand voice and business goals
  • Create engaging, high-quality video content for Instagram and TikTok that showcases our services and resonates with our target audience
  • Manage and optimize our presence across all social media platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram and TikTok
  • Design and implement Meta (Facebook) advertising campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation
  • Craft compelling email marketing campaigns (EDMs) to nurture customer relationships and promote special offers
  • Utilize design and video editing software such as Canva and CapCut to produce visually stunning content
  • Stay ahead of social media trends in the beauty and aesthetics industry, incorporating them into our content strategy
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular performance reports to guide strategic decision-making
  • Engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with clinic staff to gather content ideas and ensure alignment with our brand values and medical standards
Requirements
  • Proven track record as a Social Media Manager, ideally in the beauty, aesthetics, or healthcare industry
  • Expert-level proficiency in video editing and graphic design, with hands-on experience using tools like Canva and CapCut
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, including best practices and algorithm nuances
  • Demonstrated experience in managing successful Meta (Facebook) advertising campaigns and performance marketing initiatives
  • Keen eye for aesthetics and a thorough understanding of current beauty and wellness trends
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to adapt tone for various platforms and audiences
  • Self-motivated with strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (preferred but not required if compensated by exceptional experience)
  • Portfolio showcasing previous social media campaigns and content creation work
