Job Description

We’re seeking a talented and driven Sales Closer to join our ambitious team. In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, leveraging your expertise to convert our substantial lead database into closed deals. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients in the construction and design industries, showcasing our bespoke joinery solutions and demonstrating their value.   • Develop and execute strategic follow-up plans to drive deals to closure
  • Arrange and facilitate high-stakes meetings between decision-makers and company leadership
  • Utilize cutting-edge resources and tools to identify and connect with new potential clients
  • Adapt your sales approach dynamically based on client type, whether dealing with construction companies, architects, or interior designers
  • Master our product offerings and effectively communicate the benefits of custom joinery solutions
  • Manage and optimize the sales pipeline using our lead management system
  • Collaborate closely with in-house teams to ensure accurate quoting and comprehensive project understanding
  • Provide valuable insights on market trends, client preferences, and sales strategies to continuously improve our processes


Requirements
  • Proven track record as a top-performing closer or salesperson, preferably in B2B sales within the construction, design, or related industries
  • Native-level English fluency, with a British accent strongly preferred

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
