  • Participate in ongoing training to remain knowledgeable about industry trends and product features.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Czech (written and spoken) is essential.
  • Strong interest in supporting online content creators and understanding their needs.
  • Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive team player with a positive and customer-focused attitude.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Able to work effectively in a remote environment.
