Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to German-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of IT-related inquiries and technical issues promptly.

  • Document customer interactions meticulously and maintain accurate records within the support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
  • Educate customers about new features, updates, and best practices to improve their engagement with our services.

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and proficiency in English are required.
  • Previous experience in IT support or customer service roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to effectively address technical issues.
  • Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, software applications, and helpdesk tools is a plus.
