We are currently seeking Nordic Speaking Social Media Content Moderators to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in creating a safe and engaging online environment for Nordic-speaking users by moderating content and enhancing community interaction across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards.
• Engage with users by responding to comments and messages promptly to foster a welcoming atmosphere.
• Identify, report, and escalate inappropriate content or user behavior to the relevant teams as necessary.
• Conduct research on trending topics and interests within the Nordic-speaking community to boost engagement efforts.
• Collaborate with content teams to develop creative and relevant materials that resonate with users.
• Prepare reports on user interactions and content trends to support strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated on social media best practices and policies to ensure effective moderation.

Requirements

• Fluency in any Nordic language (such as Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Icelandic) and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in social media moderation, community management, or a similar role is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of various social media platforms and user engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and discretion.
• Proficient in using content moderation tools and social media analytics software.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
