Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is thrilled to announce an opening for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative for a Car Rental Department. This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to providing outstanding service to Dutch-speaking clients in the car rental industry.


Responsibilities
  • Deliver top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing their queries and concerns regarding car rental services.
  • Assist customers with reservations, modifications, and cancellations while providing information on policies and procedures.
  • Support customers during the pick-up and drop-off processes to enhance their rental experience.
  • Handle customer complaints and issues with professionalism, ensuring appropriate solutions are delivered.
  • Maintain knowledge of the car rental fleet and any promotions to provide customers with accurate information.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback for service improvement.
  • Collaborate with the operational team to ensure a smooth rental process for customers.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in the tourism or car rental industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • A passion for travel and helping customers enjoy their journeys.
