Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional technical support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication platforms.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Assist customers in utilizing our products and services to their fullest potential.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and problem resolutions.
• Collaborate with your team to enhance the quality of service and customer experience.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay abreast of new technologies and service practices.

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Swedish) is required.
• Strong technical skills with an aptitude for problem-solving.
• Experience in tech support or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player who excels in a dynamic environment.
• Willingness to relocate to Athens and adapt to the local culture.
