- Stay informed about product offerings and industry regulations to assist customers appropriately.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, Swedish) is essential.
- Strong communication skills in English are also required.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the consumer goods or tobacco sector, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece, with full relocation support provided.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in using digital communication tools and customer relationship management software.
