Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is delighted to announce an exciting opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Airline Customer Service Specialist, with the flexibility to work remotely from Greece. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about travel and committed to offering exceptional service to Spanish-speaking airline customers.


Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking airline passengers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to flight bookings, cancellations, changes, and additional airline services.
  • Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Stay informed about airline policies, procedures, and travel regulations to offer accurate assistance.
  • Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Engage in ongoing training sessions to improve service skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Previous experience in customer service, especially within the airline or travel industry, is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to effectively manage inquiries and resolve complaints.
  • Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • A genuine passion for the travel industry and a commitment to providing excellent service to customers.
