Responsibilities
  • Engage with Portuguese-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat to assist with their travel inquiries and bookings.
  • Provide customized travel advice tailored to the specific needs and desires of clients.
  • Address and resolve client issues and inquiries to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and travel bookings in our system.
  • Keep up-to-date with popular travel destinations and services to inform clients effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Promote additional travel services and products that may interest clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Portuguese and English is required; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
  • Experience in customer service or the travel sector is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients effectively.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a remote working environment.
  • Familiarity with travel booking software and basic computer skills.
  • A strong passion for travel and dedication to delivering outstanding customer service.
