In this role, you will provide expert support to Slovak-speaking customers who are using cutting-edge fitness technology products. Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality technical support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat concerning fitness technology products.
  • Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues related to fitness applications and wearable devices.
  • Guide customers through troubleshooting procedures, ensuring they understand the solutions provided.
  • Document all interactions and solutions accurately in the support ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with product teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness technology to provide knowledgeable and relevant support.
  • Conduct training sessions for users to maximize their utilization of fitness technology tools.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Slovak along with a strong command of English.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support, ideally within fitness or technology sectors.
  • A genuine interest in fitness and understanding of fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on enhancing the customer experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while effectively collaborating with team members.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
