Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality technical support to Slovak-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat concerning fitness technology products.
Diagnose and resolve a variety of technical issues related to fitness applications and wearable devices.
Guide customers through troubleshooting procedures, ensuring they understand the solutions provided.
Document all interactions and solutions accurately in the support ticketing system.
Collaborate with product teams to communicate customer feedback and contribute to product improvements.
Stay updated on the latest trends in fitness technology to provide knowledgeable and relevant support.
Conduct training sessions for users to maximize their utilization of fitness technology tools.

Requirements

Fluency in Slovak along with a strong command of English.
Prior experience in customer service or technical support, ideally within fitness or technology sectors.
A genuine interest in fitness and understanding of fitness technologies, devices, and applications.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills focused on enhancing the customer experience.
