Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is seeking an Italian Speaking IT Services Representative for a leading tech firm, offering a remote work opportunity based in Greece. This role is an exciting chance for individuals who are fluent in Italian and have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in the tech sector. As an IT Services Representative, you will be responsible for assisting our Italian-speaking clients with their technical inquiries and ensuring they receive the highest level of support as they utilize our innovative IT solutions.


Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent technical support to Italian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat.
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT-related issues and inquiries.
  • Guide clients in using our products and services, ensuring a smooth and beneficial experience.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and technical resolutions in the support system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex technical challenges as necessary.
  • Educate customers about new features, updates, and best practices to enhance their user engagement.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to maintain current knowledge of products and industry advancements.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and a good command of English are required.
  • Previous experience in IT support, technical support, or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, applications, and helpdesk software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while also being a team player.
  • Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
