Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in Italian, addressing inquiries and issues related to domestic appliances.
  • Assist customers in troubleshooting product problems and provide effective solutions to enhance their experience.
  • Document customer interactions accurately to ensure detailed records are maintained for future reference.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues in a timely manner.
  • Stay informed about current appliances, features, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Proactively engage with customers to meet their needs and encourage brand loyalty.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in customer service excellence.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and proficient English skills, both written and spoken, are required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, particularly within the domestic appliance or retail industry, is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset focused on delivering satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with diverse customers.
  • Able to work independently in a remote setting while effectively managing time and tasks.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for managing inquiries and maintaining accurate records.
  • A genuine interest in domestic appliances and technology is advantageous; comprehensive training will be integrated into the onboarding process.
