Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
  • Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer service software is advantageous.
