Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service in Danish, assisting customers with questions related to the use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of domestic appliances.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently and accurately, ensuring a high level of satisfaction with the service provided.
  • Document all customer interactions meticulously, maintaining up-to-date records for follow-up and quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with other teams to address complex inquiries and escalate issues as needed, ensuring effective communication throughout the process.
  • Stay knowledgeable about product features, updates, and promotions to deliver accurate information to customers.
  • Engage proactively with customers to enhance their experience and facilitate positive brand loyalty.
  • Participate in continuous training sessions to improve your skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, are essential.
  • Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the domestic appliance or technology sectors, is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with a diverse customer base.
  • Able to work independently in a remote environment while managing tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities for accurate documentation of customer inquiries.
  • A genuine interest in domestic appliances and home technology is an advantage; however, comprehensive training will be provided.
