Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is seeking a dedicated Danish Speaking Technical Customer Support professional to join our team in a remote capacity within Greece. Responsibilities
  • Assist Danish-speaking customers by providing exceptional technical support through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to telecommunications products.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of customer inquiries and solutions provided in our CRM system.
  • Guide customers through technical processes and educate them on effective use of products.
  • Work closely with technical and product teams to escalate unresolved issues promptly.
  • Gather customer feedback to contribute to product improvements and enhance user experience.
  • Keep abreast of developments in technology and the telecommunications sector.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish (both written and spoken), with strong English communication skills.
  • Experience in technical support or customer service, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
  • Ability to troubleshoot issues effectively with a strong customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a calm and empathetic demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail in documenting customer interactions.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and technical support tools is advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team in Greece.
