Patrique Mercier Recruitment JP is seeking a Nordic Speaking Customer Service Agent to join our vibrant team in Athens, Greece! In this role, you will provide exceptional support to our customers from the Nordic region, ensuring they receive the assistance they need. Your focus will be on delivering excellent service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. Responsibilities
  • Assist Nordic-speaking clients with inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and accurate responses.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of products and services to provide expert guidance to customers.
  • Document interactions and maintain records within the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and customer experience.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements based on customer feedback.

Requirements
