As a Business Analyst at Formula5, you'll be a key player in:

Analyzing Healthcare Data to improve patient care, reduce costs, and enhance health outcomes.
Data Analysis and Insights: You'll analyze healthcare data to improve patient care, reduce costs, and enhance health outcomes transforming data into actionable insights.
Requirements Gathering: You'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and translate them into actionable requirements.
Data Modeling: Understanding healthcare, medical terminologies and processes (e.g., pathology, dermatology, oncology) you will design and develop data models for Power BI's.
Report Development: You'll help to create, create interactive and user-friendly Power BI reports that empower decision-makers.
Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers and other data analytics team members to ensure seamless data integration and reporting processes.
Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest Power BI features and industry best practices in data analytics.

Requirements

Your Skills and Experience

Essential:

1-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
Experience with healthcare data, including familiarity with medical terminologies and processes (e.g., pathology, dermatology, oncology).
Proven proficiency in Power BI report development and data modeling (with strong medical professional background possible to learn on job).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with SQL, DAX and / or other data query languages.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
You need to be able to work in English language working environment.
You need to be comfortable to work afternoon hours with us and our clients in US.
Polish and English language comfortable in communication is a must.

Preferred:

Familiarity with Azure cloud services: Data Factory, Synapse, Microsoft Fabric etc.
Knowledge of DAX (Data Analysis Expressions) for advanced calculations in Power BI.
Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
