  • Confirm and book overseas shipments with suppliers and freight forwarders to minimize delays.

Job description

Schedule: Monday – Friday (5:00 AM - 02:00 PM Manila Time) 

What are we looking for? 

Skills Required: 

  • Previous experience as Supply Chain and Purchasing is highly recommended 
  • Experience using NetSuite but other similar software will suffice 
  • Experience with data analysis and excel formulas 
  • Organised, systematic and ability to follow agreed business processes 

What will you do? 

  • Aim to always have A1 & A stock category items in stock and work proactively to minimise stock outs 
  • Review Top 500 Items stock holding daily to identify potential stockouts and advise manager of issues  
  • Create & maintain integrity & accuracy of ERP item information  
  • Ensure inventory is costed into ERP system accurately & in a Timely manner. 
  • Ensure orders & shipping requirements for overseas shipments is confirmed and booked with supplier & freight forwarder in a Timely manner to minimise shipping delays. Escalate any issues to manager for guidance.  
  • Review and update outstanding PO ETA’s on a weekly basis and escalate PO’s that have been delayed for 1+ weeks.  
  • Review & prepare required stock transfers weekly  
  • Attend required meetings & prepare reports as agreed with manager 
  • Reply to all emails in a timely manner based on urgency
