Job description

Salary: P300 - P400 per hour

Schedule: 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM EST (4-6 hours a day)

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar role or agency environment.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere. Familiarity with Lightroom, Figma, or HTML/CSS is a plus.
Experience with Canva
Strong portfolio showcasing design expertise across print and digital media.
Experience with email design and development is highly desirable.
Meticulous attention to detail with a commitment to delivering consistently high-quality work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret and analyze design needs effectively.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently while collaborating effectively with teams.

Nice to have:

Background in Retail space is a plus.

What will you do?

Develop and produce graphics for a variety of media, including internal communications, promotional flyers, digital and traditional advertising, email marketing, social media, website graphics, internal POP signage, and more.
Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms.
Partner with multiple departments and business leaders to understand design needs, gather requirements, and deliver creative solutions aligned with project specifications.
Manage the design calendar, ensuring all project timelines, deadlines, and approval milestones are met.
Design digital content such as emails, online/mobile graphics, static banner ads, and resized video assets for various platforms.
Develop print-ready files, select appropriate production materials, and ensure accurate execution for all print collateral.
Modify and optimize images, layouts, and fonts to improve quality for both print and digital formats.
Proactively recommend improvements in design concepts, processes, and tools to elevate project outcomes.
