Job description

MedVA is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Patient Support & Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this dual-role position, you will provide exceptional support to patients while also driving marketing initiatives to promote our services.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at navigating patient interactions with empathy and professionalism, as well as developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance our brand awareness and engagement. Your role will involve direct patient communication, assisting with inquiries and concerns, and creating engaging content for various marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Support: Serve as the initial point of contact for patient inquiries, providing prompt and accurate information regarding services and resources.
  • Schedule Appointments: Coordinate and manage patient appointments, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Develop and implement marketing strategies, including social media campaigns and email marketing, to enhance patient engagement.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality content for blogs, newsletters, and social media platforms that resonates with patients and encourages interaction.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients to foster loyalty and satisfaction.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather patient feedback and collaborate with the team to identify areas for service improvement.

Requirements

  • Call center experience with a strong customer service background.
  • Exceptional English skills with little to no accent.
  • Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) marketing platform.
  • Outgoing, proactive, and comfortable engaging with patients and leads.
  • Strong follow-up skills to nurture leads and maintain patient relationships.
  • Experience working with patients in the medical field.
  • Chiropractic or pain management experience is a plus
