Responsibilities

Lead and inspire a team of engineers, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and a culture of excellence.
Design and implement complex systems with seamless integrations to third-party platforms, contributing to the expansion of WATI's ecosystem.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product, design, QA, and other stakeholders—to discuss, decide, design, and deliver high-quality solutions.
Harness AI technologies to enhance team efficiency and streamline development processes.

Requirements

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science
5+ years of significant experience as a backend developer with strong ownership (3+ years experience may be sufficient if demonstrated leadership)
Excellent programming experience with any language, like: C#, .NET Core, Java, Go/Golang and React.js
Experience with Copilot / Cursor / other AI tools
Professional in English and the communication skills to effortlessly collaborate with engineers located globally
