Key responsabilities:

Design and optimize the overall architecture of the trading engine to ensure high throughput, low latency, and high scalability for global high-concurrency trading demands.

Perform performance optimization and tuning, analyze and resolve system bottlenecks to maintain low latency and high stability under millions of trading orders.

Collaborate and communicate across departments to ensure seamless integration of the matching engine with other system modules and facilitate the efficient rollout of new features.

Write and maintain detailed technical documentation, providing technical guidance and support to team members to enhance overall architecture and development capabilities.

岗位职责

负责设计和优化交易引擎的整体架构，确保系统具备高吞吐量、低延迟和高可扩展性，支持全球范围内高并发交易需求。

性能优化与调优，深入分析并解决系统瓶颈，进行高效的性能优化，确保平台能够在百万级交易订单下维持低延迟和高稳定性，满足高频交易需求。

跨部门协作与沟通: 与产品、研发、运维等团队紧密合作，确保撮合引擎与其他系统模块的无缝集成，推动新功能的高效落地。

技术文档与团队指导，撰写和维护详细的技术文档，为团队成员提供技术指导和支持，提升整体架构和开发能力。

任职资格

有数字货币交易所、金融交易所或类似金融高频交易平台的技术背景。

了解金融市场交易机制，能够设计满足数字货币、期货等多种交易产品的撮合引擎架构, 熟悉统一账户优先。

精通分布式系统架构、并发编程，具备高并发处理、低延迟要求下的系统优化经验。

精通至少一种高性能编程语言（如 C/C++、Go、Rust 或 Java），具有系统级编程能力。
