Technical background in cryptocurrency exchanges or similar high-frequency trading platforms., Understanding of financial market trading mechanisms and ability to design matching engine architectures for various trading products., Proficient in distributed system architecture and concurrent programming with experience in system optimization under high concurrency and low latency requirements., Expertise in at least one high-performance programming language such as C/C++, Go, Rust, or Java. .
Key responsabilities:
Design and optimize the overall architecture of the trading engine to ensure high throughput, low latency, and high scalability for global high-concurrency trading demands.
Perform performance optimization and tuning, analyze and resolve system bottlenecks to maintain low latency and high stability under millions of trading orders.
Collaborate and communicate across departments to ensure seamless integration of the matching engine with other system modules and facilitate the efficient rollout of new features.
Write and maintain detailed technical documentation, providing technical guidance and support to team members to enhance overall architecture and development capabilities.
