Key responsabilities:

Independently responsible for formulating risk control strategies and researching risk control models.

Conduct daily data mining analysis, feature derivation, and rule extraction, collaborating with product and technical colleagues to implement strategies.

Monitor business risk control indicators, analyze data anomalies, and quickly identify and address issues.

Participate in the construction of data warehouses and reporting systems, as well as feature and user profile development.

独立负责风控策略的制定和风控模型的调研

日常数据挖掘分析，特征衍生和规则提取，与产品、技术同事沟通跟进，推动策略落地

业务风控指标监控，数据异常排查分析，快速定位问题并处理

参与数据仓库以及报表体系的搭建

参与特征搭建和用户画像搭建

任职资格

全日制本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、计算机、金融等相关专业

风控策略的制定和风控模型搭建的实际经验

有互联网金融风控背景

具备优秀的分析解决问题能力，良好的沟通能力，自我驱动力，抗压能力及团队合作精神
