The Marketing Operations Team is looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate is someone who can translate business requirements from stakeholders, collaborate cross functionally, analyze large data sets, and implement and administer a range of marketing solutions and technologies to execute marketing activities that support our pipeline and revenue growth goals. You’ll be responsible for executing and identifying optimization opportunities for marketing programs that support pipeline generation, advancing existing opportunities and customer retention, cross-sell/upsell programs in partnership with program marketers, business development and sales. You will work closely with the global marketing team, other cross-functional business partners and external agencies to ensure marketing programs meet desired outcomes.


Responsibilities 

  • Support all outbound communications with prospects, customers and partners using Pardot, and Impartner.
  • Support of marketing systems such as Pardot, Demandbase, and Go-to-Webinar and Impartner. 
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive account profiles and target personas; oversee a database of named contacts to align marketing and sales in reaching the target audience required to achieve account goals
  • Collaborate with Global, Regional, Customer and Partner Marketers to build, execute and report on highly segmented multi-channel campaigns.
  • Work directly with Global, Regional, Customer and Partner Marketers to build, execute and report on segmented multi-channel campaigns through Pardot and Demandbase.
  • Ability to multi-task in a high-volume and fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail.
  • Bring a data informed approach with a focus on continuous process optimization and change management
  • Assist with other Marketing Operations duties as needed

Requirements 

  • 4+ years in marketing automation or marketing operations roles
  • Hands-on experience with Marketing Automation Platforms, such as Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua
  • Salesforce experience developing reports and dashboards as well as supporting Integration with other marketing systems such as Demandbase, Outreach, and Go-to-Webinar.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Demandbase, and Impartner.
  • Experience with audience targeting, segmentation, and list acquisition to build prospect lists for demand generation and retention campaigns.
  • Curious learner that is capable of learning other marketing operations systems and the ability to adapt quickly to new tools such as HG Insights, Feedotter and Folloze.
  • Experience with HTML and WordPress is a plus
  • Attention to detail and discipline to follow established policies and processes.
  • Deadline-driven, organized, and able to adapt to the rapid business and organizational demands that result from a high-growth environment and the ability to work effectively in project management tools, such as Asana.
  • A self-starter who is confident working on multiple programs that require end-to-end thinking, cross-functional collaboration, and attention to detail when executing marketing systems and processes.

Base salary offers for this position may vary based on factors such as location, skills, and relevant experience. Some positions may include additional compensation in the form of bonus, equity, or commissions.
