Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Pre-Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. As a Pre-Sales Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and setting the stage for successful sales conversions. Your role will be pivotal in driving the growth of our business and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, events, and cold calling.
Client Qualification: Engage with potential clients to understand their property needs, preferences, and budget.
Information Sharing: Provide clients with accurate information about our property offerings, services, and processes.
Appointment Scheduling: Set up meetings or site visits for the sales team with qualified clients.
Database Management: Maintain and update the client database, ensuring all leads are properly tracked and followed up.

Requirements:
