The Partnerships team plays an exciting role at the center of Rescale’s product platform and business. The team develops and manages technology partnerships and alliances with the largest modeling and simulation Independent Software Providers (ISVs), Cloud Service Providers, and Semiconductor companies worldwide.
ISVs are a cornerstone of Rescale’s technology partner ecosystem. ISV partners provide the R&D software applications available on Rescale’s platform, which customers use daily to fuel engineering and scientific innovation.
As the ISV segment leader, the Senior Partner Development Manager will focus on building ISV ecosystem engagement and go-to-market (GTM) results. This includes collaborating with ISV field sales, partnerships, and leadership teams to drive mutual customer adoption of ISV solutions in the cloud with Rescale.
About your role
Lead and develop GTM-focused partnerships focusing on the leading modeling and simulation ISVs, such as Ansys, Cadence, Siemens, etc., with a heavy emphasis on creating and executing pipeline-generating partner GTM motions in the field.
Develop strategies and GTM motions that scale partner development outcomes with the larger universe of boutique ISVs and new categories, such as the AI ISVs emerging to serve R&D professionals.
Convert partner activities directly into sales pipeline generation and co-marketing opportunities. Your role carries partner-referred pipeline generation targets, and you’ll have ample opportunity to ramp up!
Operationalize the ISV partner ecosystem within Rescale by ensuring our Rescale’s engineering and field operations teams have critical resources, such as ISV licenses and partner enablement materials.
Manage other ad hoc initiatives that develop the Rescale partner ecosystem.
About you
Bachelor’s degree required. MBA preferred.
7+ years of high-tech partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales experience.
Develops an exceptional business-level understanding of highly technical products.
Drives a high volume of field-level partner GTM activities with follow-through.
Creates measurable sales pipeline opportunities from partner GTM activities.
Qualifies partnership opportunities quickly and ruthlessly prioritizes.
Creatively experiments and iterates with strategies.
Collaborates effectively across all functions (technical, GTM, G&A, executive).
Creates and presents compelling messaging and content.
