The Role:
The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and financial modeling skills and a natural curiosity for uncovering operational efficiencies and business drivers. This role would be a great fit for someone with a background in investment banking or private equity, looking to make the transition to the operator side. We are looking for someone who thrives on digging into data, identifying insights, and providing strategic recommendations to improve performance. Experience with transactions, M&A, and fundraising would be highly valuable, as the role will involve supporting financial decision-making in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
The finance team is currently two FTE’s so we are looking for someone who is flexible, nimble and one who can excel in a constantly changing and ambiguous environment. Please note that we have a strong preference for this person to be based in EST or CST, however that is not a firm requirement.

Target compensation: The base salary budgeted for this position is in the $125,000-150,000 range per year. This position will include an annual discretionary target bonus(based on individual and company performance) as well as equity. The final offer determined for the candidate who is hired for this position will depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the candidate's relevant skills, professional experience, labor market conditions and more
