POSITION SUMMARY:

Our client is looking for a Recruiting coordinator for a 100% remote position in US.

 

We are seeking an Recruiting coordinator to complete administrative functions for the team to help with facilitating hiring while utilizing Employee Central, iCIMS and the proprietary hiring tool.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform various administrative functions for the CSS Capacity Management team using Employee Central, iCIMS, and proprietary hiring tools.
  • Monitor and respond to emails sent to the team in a timely and professional manner.
  • Occasionally create PowerPoint presentations for team meetings.
  • Maintain frequent contact with all levels of management and external business partners in Global Recruiting.
  • Communicate clearly and diplomatically through email with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Complete special projects as assigned by the team or management.
Qualifications:
  • Must have minimum 6 months of Employee Central experience.
  • Must have minimum 6 months of experience with ICIMS.
  • Must have minimum 2 years automating outlook.
  • Should have experience creating PowerPoint presentations for team meetings.

  • A competitive pay range of $20/hr- $23/hr (depending on experience).
  • Position Location: 100% Remote - US
  • 15 days per year of Paid Time Off (PTO).
  • 8 paid holidays per year + 1 personal floating holiday.
