POSITION SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer to join our team in building a scalable platform that will support micro applications (micro apps). You will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our team of data engineers and the development needs, particularly focusing on building and maintaining the analytics foundation of the platform. The platform is not a massive application but will require a robust and flexible architecture to accommodate future growth.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Design (design patterns, reliability and scaling) and maintenance of new and existing systems
• Develop scalable solutions integrated to an existing propriety platform, working within the tech stack constraints already defined
• Design and build innovative products in a large distributed computing environment
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary customers and tech partners to conceive, design, and bring innovative products and services to market

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• 5+ years in a software development role
• 3+ years development experience in environments implementing CI/CD, Infrastructure as code
• 3+ years experience developing applications in AWS (see specific services below)
• Demonstrated ability to work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software
• Front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Front-end development with Material UI X components
• Front-end development within JavaScript frameworks such as ReactJS, NodeJS
• Scalable backend services and APIs using Java, NodeJS, Python
• Native AWS services including (but not limited to) CDK/CloudFormation, Cloudwatch, Lambda, Fargate, API-Gateway, CloudFront, Cognito, Open Search DynamoDB, RDS, S3, SQS, SNS)
• Apache Airflow
• English B2+ or higher
