We are seeking a skilled Service/Installation Engineer to join our global team. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and servicing of Cathelco and HEM products worldwide. Your expertise will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and uphold the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, commission, troubleshoot, and service Cathelco and HEM products worldwide.
  • Provide high-quality service and technical support to customers.
  • Respond promptly to technical queries, ensuring effective problem resolution.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate reports of completed work within expected timelines.
  • Ensure adherence to the highest safety standards while working onboard vessels.
  • Complete service jobs efficiently and support the implementation of new software/operating practices in the Service department.
  • Conduct engineering analysis during installation and troubleshooting onboard vessels.

  • External stakeholders: Customers.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently in international locations.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel on short notice.
  • Valid passport and full driving license.
Desirable:
  • Experience in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
  • Offshore certifications (e.g., BOSIET or equivalent).
