Job Title: Appointment Setter
Location:
Remote (MST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 900 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM (MST)

The Appointment Setter plays a crucial role in the sales process, reaching out to potential customers who have expressed interest in the companys services. This position is responsible for scheduling qualified appointments for Sales Consultants using Calendly, ensuring a smooth handoff for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact potential customers who have shown interest in the companys services.
  • Engage prospects in professional and friendly conversations to schedule appointments.
  • Use Calendly to manage and set up meetings for Sales Consultants.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and scheduled appointments.
  • Follow up with potential customers as needed to confirm or reschedule appointments.


Qualifications:

  • Strong spoken English skills with excellent communication and persuasion abilities.
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar phone-based role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Previous call center experience.
  • Experience using Calendly or other scheduling tools.
