Job Description
COMC is looking to hire a Marketing Operations Manager. This person will be responsible for managing and optimizing the overall marketing technology stack, building out marketing automations, tracking and reporting on key metrics, and supporting the department’s project tracking platform. The Marketing Operations Manager is an individual contributor reporting to the Director of Marketing.

The ideal candidate will be collaborative with strong communication skills and an exceptional attention to detail. They are a proven problem solver with an analytical mindset who thrives in a demanding, fast, and ever-changing environment.

Job Responsibilities
•    Maintain and optimize COMC’s Customer Engagement Platform (Klaviyo) for seamless customer acquisition and engagement. 
•    Create and manage automated flows, lists, and segmentation in Klaviyo to increase efficiency and personalize customer communications.  
•    Grow and evolve Klaviyo to accommodate additional user fields and data, collaborating with COMC’s product and engineering teams to capture activity datapoints on COMC.com and in mobile applications. 
•    Utilizing Klaviyo in conjunction with other key martech platforms such Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console, and Google Merchant Center, ensure end-to-end tracking and attribution from acquisition to customer stage and analyze ongoing usage of COMC.com. 
•    Support Growth Marketing Manager by optimizing paid media campaigns and audience targeting. 
•    Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement. 
•    Build out reporting dashboards based upon marketing KPIs and other audience insights for use by members of the Marketing Team, Director of Marketing, VP of Sales & Marketing, and Executive Leadership Team. 
•    Optimize setup of the marketing team’s project tracking system Monday.com, creating automations and optimizing organization to enhance collaboration and create efficiencies for team members.   
•    Uphold COMC values, quality standards, and exemplify C.A.R.D. culture.
•    Be a willing and collaborative partner to support all areas of the organization.
•    Maintains a high level of confidentiality.
•    Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Job Qualifications 
•    3 - 5 years of digital marketing experience.
•    High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field of study is preferred.
•    Prior experience administering as well as supporting marketing teams within a CRM/CEP/CDP environment (e.g. Klaviyo, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot, Marketo).
•    Track record of building cross-platform marketing automations in CRM/CEP/CDPs or via automation services such as Zapier.
•    Strong understanding of and experience with core digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to email marketing, SMS marketing, social media, Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Search Engine Optimization (SEO), and Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress.
•    Experience in setting up custom marketing events and advanced tracking using systems such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
•    Strong facility with analytics, having developed custom reports and dashboards to track performance, lifecycle attribution, and ROI.
•    Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills.
•    Ability to identify long term trends in data.
•    Great communication skills.
•    Strong project management skills.

Additional Qualifications
•    Experience with or interested in learning about the trading card industry.
•    Knowledgeable about professional sporting industry (NBA, NFL, MLB, including Hockey and Soccer etc.) 
•    Knowledge in the non-sports card industry (Marvel, Entertainment, Trading Card Games, Pop Culture).
