Who are we looking for? 


We’re seeking a talented individual who will be able to:

:rocket: Strategize and Develop the product for features, gameplay, and content development based on data analysis of KPIs, split test results, user feedback, and industry knowledge.

:rocket: Evaluate key product metrics, and usage, and develop strategies that help convert, satisfy, and retain users.

:rocket: Develop a solid relationship with Apps Engineers, Senior Designers, Content managers, and QA Testers, and collaborate on moving the application forward.

:rocket: Manage projects and operations by ensuring timely delivery of app updates through proper planning, conception, leadership, and execution.

:rocket: Approve rigorously the new versions of the applications before they go live. 

:rocket: Be on the lookout for new ideas and the best marketing practices in the industry, among the direct competition as well as top-grossing apps in other categories.



What key skills are we seeking? (Your profile)


:pushpin: At least 3 years of experience as a Mobile Product Manager on iOS, or alternatively, 5+ years of experience in Mobile Marketing. 

:pushpin: Deep understanding of player needs and market trends in games designed for friends' gatherings or for a lighthearted, quality time as a couple. 

:pushpin: Ambitious about owning and scaling apps: We are currently 3rd in the market, aiming for niche leadership.

:pushpin: Highly analytical mindset, combining data-driven and product-oriented thinking. 

:pushpin: Strong technical understanding of Product Management and Mobile Marketing.

:pushpin: Proficient with App Store Connect and third-party tools or platforms.

:pushpin: Efficient in teamwork: be a driving force able to rally anyone towards common goals.

:pushpin: Resilient under pressure, managing the app everyone in the company watches closely.

Interview Process:
If selected, you will receive an email with a booking link for your initial interview.

  1. HR Initial Interview – Conducted by Manon (the HR director). This 30-minute to 1-hour meeting will focus on your previous experience and motivations for joining the company. 
  2. Skills Assessment – A test evaluating your abilities through a use case directly related to Party Roulette on iOS. 
  3. Final Interview – A meeting with Matt (Head of Entertainment & Games) and Léo (Head of Apps) to discuss your fit for the role.
