Sales Operations Internship

 

Internship Summary:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Intern to support our Sales Operations team with data analysis, reporting, and process optimization. This internship offers hands-on experience in sales analytics, CRM management, and operational efficiencies, providing valuable insight into the intersection of sales, finance, and business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  •  Assist in maintaining and analyzing sales data, including pipeline management and forecasting.
  •  Generate and optimize reports, dashboards, and sales performance metrics.
  •  Collaborate with sales and finance teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  •  Research and document best practices for sales operations and workflow improvements.
  •  Assist in pricing, quoting, and contract administration processes.
  •  Participate in cross-functional projects related to sales enablement and revenue operations.
  •  Support ad hoc analysis, presentations, and special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
  •  Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  •  Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and data analysis.
  •  Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
  •  Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  •  Interest in sales strategy, operations, and business process improvement.
