Key responsibilities:

• Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates using various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, databases, referrals, etc.).
• Conduct initial outreach and screening to assess candidates’ experience, skills, and motivation.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Collaborate closely with recruiters and recruitment team leads to understand job requirements and create sourcing strategies.
• Utilize Boolean search, X-ray search, and other advanced sourcing techniques to find the best talent.
• Track and update candidate data in Workable and maintain accurate records.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Sourcer or in a similar talent acquisition role (preferably in recruitment agency).
• Preferred experience in Crypto, Web3, or Fintech industries.
• Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including Boolean search and social media recruiting.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and Workable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Ability to work effectively without micromanaging.
