Job description

Resource Innovations is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Program Delivery Manager to become a vital part of our expanding team in New England! In this exciting role, you'll be at the forefront of strategy and decision-making for the Delivery team across all assigned contracts. With complete ownership of program execution, you'll foster and manage relationships with utility clients while collaborating seamlessly with internal teams to consistently surpass our clients’ expectations. A solid background in project management, operational excellence, and client satisfaction will be pivotal for your success in this role. This position offers great visibility within the organization and is integral to our growth in the Northeast region.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Program Leadership Stakeholder Relationships Project Coordination
    • Take initiative to proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address challenges head-on.
    • Lead cross-functional cohorts through process improvement initiatives to ensure timely delivery of milestones by managing resources effectively.
  • Team Development
    • Mentor and develop program team members, fostering a culture of intellectual curiosity, safety & accountability, and a healthy drive for productivity and professional growth.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • BA in Business Administration, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
  • 5+ years in direct client-facing roles requiring (can be business development, program implementation, or account management setting)
  • 2+ years supervisory experience (can include management of direct reports, team goals, group delivery)
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Fastidious attention to detail is a must.
  • Interest in sustainability and passionate about making a meaningful impact on the environment.
