About the Role

As a Product Design Manager, you will lead and mentor a team of UX designers based in India and Ukraine, driving best-in-practice design solutions across desktop, mobile, and app platforms. This role requires a passionate senior leader who can inspire designers, collaborate with multiple stakeholders, and ensure high-quality design execution across a complex family of brands. 

What You’ll Do

  • Design Leadership & Strategy – Define and execute design strategies that align with business goals and enhance user experience across all platforms.
  • People Management & Mentorship – Inspire, mentor, and support the professional growth of a distributed UX design team.
  • Product Development & Collaboration – Work closely with product managers, engineers, and content designers to deliver seamless design solutions.
  • Cross-Platform Design Execution – Ensure a frictionless user experience across desktop, mobile, and app interfaces.
  • Data-Driven Design Decisions – Leverage user research, analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Power BI), and testing tools to inform design solutions.
  • Global Collaboration – Work effectively with dispersed teams across different time zones, aligning priorities with international colleagues.
  • Process & Tool Optimization – Utilize Figma, Microsoft Clarity, Mouseflow, Asana, and UserTesting to streamline design processes and improve efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful solutions.
  • 1+ years of experience in design management, leading and mentoring teams.A strong leader with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop design talent.
  • Experience in designing seamless user experiences across desktop, mobile, and app platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in English
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics and Power BI.
  • Experience working in a platform that connects external contractors with customers.
  • Experience in B2C retail or tech product design is preferred.
  • Comfortable working late evening or night hours to ensure team alignment across global time zones.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with dispersed, international teams.
