Position Overview

RecruitGo is looking for an Administration Assistant based in the Philippines who will be reporting directly to the Compliance Manager or Practice Manager. This position is primarily focused on supporting the team with various administrative tasks essential to maintaining the smooth functioning of the office. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.


Responsibilities:

  • Prepare standard client cover letters and manage electronic filing.
  • Oversee the distribution of daily mail and ensure timely preparation and sending of electronic mail.
  • Assist with the review, collation, and ordering of Deed Stamping for new entities, ensuring all documents are accurate.
  • Prepare monthly interest invoices.
  • Updating and processing database changes.
  • Creating new client profiles and managing client exits.
  • Preparing and lodging ASIC forms.
  • Reviewing and managing ASIC Annual Statements and reminders.
  • Organizing liquidation advertising.
  • Registering and renewing business names.
  • Conducting various company, business, individual, and land title searches.
  • Processing ASIC invoices and penalty notices.
  • Ensure that procedure manuals are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Perform general ad hoc office duties as assigned by the Manager, Practice Manager, or Principals.


Requirements: 

  • Proficiency in written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
 

Nice to Have:

  • At least two years of experience working in or for an Australian accounting firm.
  • Familiarity with ASIC lodgements and database administration.
