Brief Summary of Role:
As a Dynamics CRM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for designing and developing customised solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, and creating, modifying and troubleshooting existing applications.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Strong multi-functional and technical knowledge of Developing, Designing and architecture of D365 CE Applications.
9+ years in Dynamics 365/CRM (CE) using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service and Field Service (Experience in RSO is mandatory, Connected field service and CoPilot are a plus)
5+ years current and deep field service domain experience with implementing large engagements on D365 field service.
5+ years mix of hands-on experience on business applications implementation, architectural design, and strategic intuition for business.
Guide customer on the best approach for planned enhancements on field service implementation .
Confirmed experience leading projects through the entire project lifecycle. This includes handling multi-phase/multi-dimensional/multi-resource projects to conclusion while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Hands on experience in writing custom code for D365 using plugins and custom pages, Microsoft Power Automate flows, Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions is required.
Proven ability assessing feasibility of migrating customer solutions and/or integrating with 3rd party systems both Microsoft and non-Microsoft platforms.
Proven experience developing and maintaining technical architectures, documentation, frameworks, and strategies as they relate to Microsoft Dynamics implementations.
Excellent verbal communication and customer handling skills.
Exposure to enterprise planning and delivery tools such as Azure DevOps.
