Systems Architect Subject Matter Expert | Req#3820

ActioNet has an opportunity for a Systems Architect subject Matter Expert. This role is remote and based in Suitland, MD.

Responsibilities:

• Establish system information requirements through analysis for enterprise-wide or large-scale information systems.
• Design system architecture, including software, hardware, and communications, to meet current and future needs.
• Ensure system compatibility and compliance with open systems architecture standards, including OSI, ISO reference models, and IEEE OSE.
• Align system architecture with Agency enterprise architecture and reference models.
• Analyze and resolve workflow, organizational, and planning issues through systematic evaluation and corrective action.
• Provide daily supervision and direction to staff.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree
• Experience: 8 years
• Design, engineer, build, test, and deploy cloud service offerings for new and existing cloud architectures.
• Conduct enterprise architecture analysis, evaluation, design, integration, documentation, and development.
• Apply advanced business and technical principles to solve complex technical challenges.
• Experience in architecting, designing, engineering, integrating, deploying, and maintaining cloud solutions.
• Implement security controls within cloud environments.
