Description

Overview: We are looking for an experienced and driven professional to take on the role of Lead Actimize Case Management. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in Actimize Case Management systems, strong leadership abilities, and a proven track record in guiding teams through successful implementations. This role demands technical knowledge, strategic oversight, and effective communication to deliver high-quality case management solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the design, implementation, and configuration of Actimize Case Management systems.
  • Serve as the lead resource for Actimize Case Management initiatives, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
  • Customize and configure RCM (Risk Case Manager) workflows, roles, hierarchies, and user access.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate business requirements, transforming them into actionable technical solutions.
  • Manage end-to-end development processes, including requirement analysis, functional design, development, and deployment.
  • Guide the team in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing Actimize Case Management solutions.
  • Mentor and lead the technical team to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
  • Provide technical expertise in Actimize database schemas, query optimization, and integration processes.
  • Develop and deliver technical and project documentation, including release notes and configuration guides.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, best practices, and organizational policies in all case management implementations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience leading Actimize Case Management projects, with hands-on expertise in implementation and configuration.
  • Strong technical skills in Actimize RCM, including workflow design, query building, and user management.
  • Solid understanding of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and compliance systems.
  • Proficiency in SQL and database management with a focus on Actimize schemas and tuning.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within global teams and managing multiple project priorities.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead a technical team toward achieving project goals.
